Learn how Gateway will be affected by the BPC North / West Resiliency Project. The areas impacted include Gateway itself (particularly the 375 Building), Esplanade Plaza, Kowsky Plaza, and the North Cove Marina.

BPCA and the North/West Project’s designers will describe the Project and what it means for the areas nearest to Gateway. There will be opportunities for residents to share concerns and comments on the Project with the BPCA and the Project’s designers. Construction on the North/West Project could begin as early as January 2026, so this is relevant for all current residents!
